# 兑换FIL、cFIL

为了质押Filecoin，用户需要将Filecoin兑换合成资产cFIL。

### **在CrossFi DApp 兑换(FIL -> cFIL)**

1.点击CrossFi DApp上的钱包。 

2.点击cFIL余额部分上的“兑换”按钮。 

3.点击“Login”按钮，授权复制充值地址。 

4.将FIL转账到复制的地址进行兑换。

1.点击CrossFi DApp上的钱包。 

2.点击cFIL余额部分上的“兑换”按钮。 

3.点击FIL和cFIL之间的箭头进行切换。 

4.输入金额和接收FIL地址进行兑换。 

5.确认。

**注意：在兑换FIL、cFIL时可直接从交易所提币到充值地址，或从DApp提币到交易所。**
