# Getting started

In order to launch the CrossFi DApp, users need to have one of the cryptocurrency wallets below and create an account to access the CrossFi DeFi staking pool.

### **Deposit BNB in the Wallet**

BNB is required as the gas fee for every transaction, ensure that you have enough BNB in your wallet to at least pay the gas fee required for a transaction. The specific retained amount and gas fee are based on BNB Smart Chain. BNB can be purchased on the Binance exchange.
